Florida short-term vacation rentals are currently under stricter sanitation guidelines, and we require additional time to ensure that all the sanitation has been taken care of. 

Our county has required certain comprehensive cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitizing measures to be taken between each booking which means our housekeeping crew will need additional time between check-in and check-out. Therefore, our check-in time will move temporarily to 5:00pm Central Time. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, as we know you are anxious to begin your vacation. However, please bear with us as we do want to make sure our house is as clean and safe for you and your family as possible.

Please do not leave any personal belongings or food etc. in the unit.  Housekeeping will apply a $50 fee if they must remove these items.
